Today’s episode is a mix of the simple and the serious. I go through my Walmart delivery grocery haul—what I got, why I chose it, and how I’m trying to stay grounded in the middle of everything.
I also talk about what’s coming next: my plan to move into the Bridges housing program and what that transition could look like. The biggest piece right now is finding a temporary foster home for my cats before I can make that move, which has been weighing on me a lot.
